Patients are responsible for travel documents, passports, flights, arrival times, immigration compliance, personal belongings, health readiness, and any travel-related issues outside of Amen Smiles’ control.
Amen Smiles is not liable for flight delays, cancellations, missed flights, border issues, weather events, airline problems, hotel disruptions, or other third-party service failures.
Patients must provide accurate and complete medical and dental history.
This includes medications, allergies, pregnancy status if applicable, smoking habits, alcohol or drug use, health conditions, surgeries, dental history, infections, and any other relevant information.
Failure to disclose accurate information may affect treatment safety, eligibility, and results.

Participation in the Brand Partner Program does not make the partner an employee, agent, medical provider, dental advisor, legal representative, or official spokesperson of Amen Smiles.
Brand partners are permitted to refer potential patients to Amen Smiles using their unique referral link or another approved referral method.
Amen Smiles is responsible for handling patient consultations, treatment review, pricing explanation, travel details, scheduling, clinical communication, and patient support.
Brand partners may not provide medical or dental advice, diagnose conditions, guarantee results, promise treatment eligibility, misrepresent pricing, advertise false discounts, use unauthorized before-and-after images, impersonate Amen Smiles, or make unapproved claims about doctors, procedures, timelines, healing, warranties, or outcomes.
Commissions are only earned when a referred patient is properly tracked, completes treatment, and satisfies all required payment obligations.
No commission is owed for canceled treatments, refunded treatments, chargebacks, duplicate referrals, fraudulent activity, self-referrals unless approved, failed payments, improperly tracked referrals, or referrals connected to misleading or unauthorized promotion.
Amen Smiles may deny, delay, reduce, or cancel commissions if the partner violates these Terms or any Amen Smiles referral policy.
Amen Smiles may modify commission rates, payout schedules, program rules, tracking methods, approval requirements, or participation status at any time.
Amen Smiles reserves the right to suspend or remove any brand partner from the program at its discretion.
All Amen Smiles website content, branding, copy, images, videos, designs, logos, graphics, and materials are owned by or licensed to Amen Smiles.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use Amen Smiles materials without written permission.
Patient testimonials, images, and videos may be used only with proper consent.
By submitting photos, videos, testimonials, or media to Amen Smiles, users may grant Amen Smiles permission to review and use those materials according to the consent provided.
